This position will focus on evaluating strategic projects and evolving planning procedures to help the Digital Operations Team provide innovative, and best-

in-class online experiences.

The Strategic Project Planner will help define measurement KPIs, formulate the analytics business requirements, oversee the analytics implementation and QA, and produce the pre-

and post-ROI analysis for new features / functionality.

Primary Responsibilities

Work with Analytic team to define KPIs, ensure that analytics requirements are properly defined, scoped, built to ELC Online standards, and KPIs are successfully captured.

Responsible for creating the pre-and post- launch analysis for features and functionality. Provide insights that will help determine plans post-launch.

Identify planning processes changes and optimizations to help increase capacity, speed to market, and increase pre-analysis accuracy

Ensure pipeline plan is communicated to key stakeholders and teams. This includes generating Strategic Project Roadmap reports, and ensuring Project Portfolio data is up-to-date and complete.

Work closely with the Analytics Team to execute A / B testing programs, multivariate testing, and user segmentation.

Work with Affiliate, Regional and Global business teams and production teams to help ensure the strategic new functionality roadmap is aligned with the divisional strategy and drives incremental sales

Plan regular, ongoing meetings with Feature Teams and Ecommerce teams to communicate new feature availabilities and rollout plans, advocate strategic enhancement opportunities, and help establish strategic project priorities

Plan and strategize with Affiliate, Regional and Global business and production teams. Ensure continued focus on key projects by maintaining a strategic roadmap for each region that aligns to the Divisional Online Strategy.

Remain informed of online sales drivers, UX best practices, analytics advancements, and consumer insights.


Bachelor degree with IS related principle preferred

4 (Ideally 2 years of experience in e-commerce industry)

English, additional language preferred

Strong analytical skills, strong understanding of how to interpret test results, and great attention to detail

Experience with strategic planning, influencing across groups, change management, and closing communication gaps.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Can do’ attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to change

Possesses a strong curiosity to experiment and test hypotheses

Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a plus)

Strong Excel skills (pivots, macros, array formulas, nested formulas, etc.)

Ability to problem solve and willingness to seek out appropriate resources and individuals to find answers

Have a good understanding of digital technology and basic UX principles
