Boutique Manager Description Responsibilities Manage day to day operation of shop and ensuring the shop is well managed Capable of leading the shop Motivate sales team to deliver and meet sales targets Assist in the execution of the seasonal buy including providing feedbacks on design and customers’ comments, order quantity placement and product pricing Execute sales and marketing programs e.

  • g., setting annual sales target, seasonal launch, seasonal sale, special trunk shows, joint promotions Involve in visual merchandising of shop Attend customer services at all times;
  • especially VIP and tailor made services Support setting up of new store(s) & training of new sales Participate recruitment and appraisal of sales team Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales and profits to operate efficiently Requirements Manage luxury retail sales brand with minimum 3 years on managerial level Have proven sales record Excellent in problem solving and staff coaching Able to utilize resources within the shop to achieve sales targets Strong in communication and leadership skills Self-
