Responsible for payroll calculation, tax reporting, MPF and leave administration;
Maintain HR database in accurate manner (such as personal information, leave and attendance records), and filing etc;
Support in C&B projects;
Perform team administrative duties and provide full range of functional support in areas of recruitment, staff activities and C&B administration;
Prepare regular HR reports, and perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or equivalent;
Minimum 1 2 years relevant working experience
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation;
Knowledge in HRIS (People Soft) will be a definite advantage;
Attention to details with good numerical & analytical skills;
Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
Good team player with enthusiastic and cheerful personality;
Well-organized, self-initiated, willing to learn;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Immediate availability would be an advantage
