Responsible for designing system level hardware solution, to meet the function, performance, cost and regulatory requirements
Responsible for schematic design, component selection, as well as Fex and standard PCB design
Responsible for EMC / EMI test and analysis to resolve EMC / EMI issues to meet safety standards for medical device
Responsible for completing hardware design documents according to the required design practice
Work with software team for firmware development and debugging
Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines.
7+ years relevant experience with bachelor degree or 5+ years relevant experience with master degree. Suitable candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer.
Experienced in microcontroller and microprocessor based embedded system / device design.
Familiar with embedded software development needs for hardware design.
Experienced in circuit design for image processing and battery management.
Familiar with mainstream electronic components.
Familiar with optics will be a plus.
Familiar with at least one of EDA tools, including schematic design, PCB layout design, and Gerber file generation.
Good experience of validation design.
Good experience of manufacturing test procedures.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of standards and guidance relevant to the medical industry is preferred.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with team members from various disciplines, e.g. mechanical, quality, manufacturing, etc.
Team player with effective verbal and written communication skills.
