Manager / Assistant Project & Quality of Services (QoS) Manager


  • Organize and prepare the meeting logistics forQuality of Services Forum
  • Prepare and update relevant meeting andgovernance documents (such as incident tracker) and minute-taking
  • Work with relevant departments / teams to agreethe standardized approach for major incidents
  • Ensure relevant internal departments / teams tofollow agreed incident handling and communication, reporting process.
  • Track the status of follow-up actions and facilitatethe internal discussion / communication (if necessary)
  • Facilitate to identify the services andenhancement opportunities in order to continuously provide quality services todistributors and customers
  • Support and coordinate to deliver various initiativesand develop training materials for driving the adoption of digital tools bydistributors
  • Prepare the presentation and usages reports foreffective communication with distributors and key stakeholders
  • Assist in formulating and implementing and variousdigital projects / strategies to modernize the sales process
  • Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, ComputerScience, Information Systems or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of working experience. Preferablyin operation field of insurance & financial services
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independentlyand also as team player
  • Good organizational, analytic, inter-personaland presentation skills
  • Experienced in managing different stakeholders
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written Englishcommunication with fluency in Chinese
