IT Support Engineer (for Finance / Asset Management Firms) Description Responsibilities : Provide end-user technical support.
Conduct troubleshooting on hardware and software. Respond to telephone / email enquiries for technical support, provide troubleshooting and resolution.
Hands-on support role covering PC / Laptop / Phone / Printer hardware, Desktop & Business Applications, VC & multimedia equipment.
Escalate unresolved / complex issues to the Technical Engineering team. Routine hardware and software maintenance for the end user space.
Support infrastructure related projects. Requirements : 1+ years experience in a Technical Support role . Experience in providing technical support for computer hardware (PC, laptop / notebook, mobile & handhelds, VC & multimedia equipment), and software (Windows Desktop, MS Office, Outlook / Notes).
Good verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (a plus) Diploma or background in IT related discipline.
