Are you a detail-oriented multi-tasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support to the APAC Litigation team. You’ll :
support the Litigation team members generally to ensure the smooth running of the department on a day-to-day basis
input and maintain various litigation related registers / logs / records, keep internal tracking logs on a monthly basis
co-ordinate input from team members and stakeholders into legal documents and various internal reports and amend as necessary
conduct regular internal control assessments and escalate any areas that require attention or enhancement
manage and maintain bookings / calendars, including conference calls, business related social events, vacation, travel and team meetings and send out reminders
review and handle incoming and outgoing emails, telephone calls and postal deliveries
provide organizational support, including for example the ordering of supplies and equipment, assisting to resolve IT and logistical issues,
administer filing systems both manually and electronically
manage and track settlement of accounts, processing of invoices of vendors to ensure payment execution
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing disputes, litigation, contentious regulatory and other contentious matters across the Investment Bank and Wealth Management businesses.
This role involves a high level of autonomy and would suit an individual who enjoys challenges, taking on responsibility and working in a global environment.
You have :
several years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, global environment
demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
You are :
a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and external counsel's assistants
organized, efficient and detail-oriented, with an innate sense of how to prioritize (you make lists and get things checked off)
highly motivated, a helpful team member and can work independently to find solutions
fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin preferable but not essential)
