We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Marketing Manager Integrated Campaign . Principal responsibilities
Set tactical strategies for product acquisition, usage and cross-sell and implement the agreed product campaign activities in line with the agreed local marketing plan, budget and activity schedule
Implement global campaigns and creative strategies, deploy global constructs and assets within the market in a globally consistent and locally relevant manner.
Support the development and implementation of content strategy
Develop all marketing communications and sales support materials to be used within the market.
Set appropriate local campaign objectives and targets in collaboration with the appropriate Commercial Banking business team and in line with the appropriate global marketing activities.
Work with media agency to develop and implement the agreed media plan for individual campaign and activity.
Gain agreement from all key stakeholders to ensure support for campaign activities and budget
Assume a day to day working relationship with advertising agencies and other third party suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
Assist to review and monitor the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaign to ensure they meet the agreed campaign objectives.
Support the measurement of all campaign activities and reported in post implementation in line with the agreed process and governance framework.
Degree level of qualification in business studies or marketing, or equivalent is preferred
Broad based business experience, ideally within a Financial Services based institution
A range of Brand and Marketing Communications planning and operational experience
Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
Experience of working with and managing agencies
Good understanding of communication developments and emerging consumer and industry trends
Proven ability to work on multifunction projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
Proven ability to be a self starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities
