Responsibilities

  • Perform a full range of office administration and secretarial work in a fast paced environment
  • Responsible for office administration duties like office expenses, office supplies management, company events logisitics, budget control and liaising with vendors like insurance, telecom and IT etc.
  • Assist in travel booking including flight / train tickets and accomodation
  • Other ad hoc tasks / projects whenever necessary
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Around 2-4 years of related experience in multi-national environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Independent, proactive, multitasking, flexible and able to work in a fast paced working environment
