supply chain analyst in hong kong Description Job Responsibilities

  • Administer / monitor / support all supply chain related issues, including but not limited to transportation, shipment approval, claims, enquires and customs compliance.
  • Handle shipment forecast & planning.
  • Ensure outstanding orders and shipments are continually monitored and actioned
  • Deliver effective supply chain solutions to help drive costs and stock out of the end to end supply chain, and increase efficiencies
  • Conduct analysis to improve supply chain processes, performance and to drive cost saving
  • Provide excellent customer service to external & internal customers, by giving responsive and sensible solutions; Job Requirements
  • University degree in any other related disciplines
  • At least 5-6 years' business analysis experience for sourcing / supplier management functions gained from sizeable sourcing office or FMCG sector
  • Strong business acumen, preferably with exposure to Asia manufacturers
  • Proactive, team-oriented and numeric-sensitive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work efficiently within cross-functional team
