Administer / monitor / support all supply chain related issues, including but not limited to transportation, shipment approval, claims, enquires and customs compliance.
Handle shipment forecast & planning.
Ensure outstanding orders and shipments are continually monitored and actioned
Deliver effective supply chain solutions to help drive costs and stock out of the end to end supply chain, and increase efficiencies
Conduct analysis to improve supply chain processes, performance and to drive cost saving
Provide excellent customer service to external & internal customers, by giving responsive and sensible solutions; Job Requirements
University degree in any other related disciplines
At least 5-6 years' business analysis experience for sourcing / supplier management functions gained from sizeable sourcing office or FMCG sector
Strong business acumen, preferably with exposure to Asia manufacturers
Proactive, team-oriented and numeric-sensitive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work efficiently within cross-functional team
