Applicants should possess an Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above, with at least 3 years' solid administrative / secretarial work experience, preferably in the medical and / or tertiary education sectors.

  • They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
  • good IT knowledge; and literacy in software applications including Chinese word processing. Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage.

    Applicants should also be attentive to details, self-motivated, and able to work independently and under pressure for tight deadlines in a fast-

  • paced environment. The appointee will provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Division or Department Office;
  • assist in organizing conferences, training courses and events; coordinate visitation programme for visitors of the Department;
  • handle financial accounting matters; and perform other duties as assigned.
