Duties and Responsibilities :
Formation and management of Sales & Marketing team.
Presentation of products to Architects, Developers, IDs and Contractors etc.
Convince Architects and IDs to specify and use our products.
Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve sales quota.
Oversee general admin and HR functions.
Control cost of office overhead.
Closely monitor customer payments and collection.
Constantly feedback to HQ project status, company financials, market trend, competition and customer needs.
Scrutinize and ensure contract issued to customer is acceptable.
Strengthen business model to smoothen existing processes.
Source, negotiate pricing and work closely with suppliers and distributors.
The job requires daily commute between Hong Kong and Shenzen.
Required Qualifications :
Good contacts with Architects, Developers, IDs and Contractors etc.
Able to sketch.
Minimum 3 years experience in promoting building materials.
At least a certificate related to building and construction.
Versatile, hardworking, independent, initiator, self-motivated, strong leadership and good PR skill.
Preferably owned a vehicle.
