Proactive attitude and good customer services skill.
1 year or above relevant experience in customer services field.
Previous experience in Garment Trims (Hangtags, Labels Packaging) will be considered a big advantage.

Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel , Chinese typing input.
Fluent Mandarin and English and Cantonese are mandatory.
Patient, mature , detailed mind.
Willing to work in team and able to work under pressure during seasonal peaks.
Familiar with import and export document and warehouse workflow is preferred.
Daily communicate with customers, vendors and headquarters via email and phone.
Process the order and issue Proforma Invoice.
Monitor the stock and inventory, update and forecast order status.
Arrange the shipment, co-ordinate with vendors, warehouse and QC team closely.
Ensure all packing and order schedule are correct.
Handle request and complaint from vendors if necessary.
Prepare report to General Manage
