Mission

  • Is responsible for the entire HK location CS operations
  • Expertise in FM vendor management, measuring FM service quality, risk control on premises
  • Work with Regional Engineer to ensure smooth operations and risk management of physical security access
  • Manage third party vendor to provide FM services to Business Lines, GBS and Support Functions
  • Conduct monthly controls to ensure effectiveness of CS operations
  • Conclude and approve all HK real estate, facilities management related contracts / agreements
  • Formalize / simplify / update internal procedures / guidelines / policies regarding corporate, premises risk management and facility management
  • Work with BCM to look after the BCP sites and coordinate crisis management activities
  • Expert knowledge of local practices and local costing efficiencies
  • Proven project management skills
  • Manage local budget and cashflow to meet year end objectives
  • When required, assist regional Head of CS to perform business case for SG premises in other Asia locations

    Profile : Academic backgrounds and Certifications, experience

    University degree with a post graduate degree being advantageous Operational Skills :
