To support the growing APAC business needs, the Consumer & Digital Insight team is seeking a Senior Manager with main objective of supporting the brands, geographies and functions.

The incumbent is required to :

Lead Consumer Engagement & Digital Insight projects from inception to delivery and then follow through of insights to actions

Advise the business how to use consumer & digital / social insights in a most effective and impactful manner

Strive to develop consumer / , social & digital insights becoming a competitive advantage for the company.



  • Driving the consumer / digital / social insight agenda for region and brand marketing supporting the regional brand teams
  • Deliverables include :

    Continuous delivery of consumer / social insights : driving brands adoption and execution of insights to action.

    Taking briefs, planning and executing consumer / social listening research programs

    Developing a strong interface with the regional / affiliate stakeholders to inject consumer / social

    listening insights in decision making processes

  • Establish leading edge consumer / social listening programs :
  • Deliverables include :

    Develop & continuously enhance consumer / social listening research approaches to support the organization’s digital & analytical ability and increase speed from insights to action

    Ensure relevancy of the regional programs in the local markets the incumbent will operate in some of the most exciting and challenging markets of the region, which vary significantly from market to market.

    Hence prior regional experience or knowledge of key markets in the region is important.

  • Contribute to Digital Consumer Engagement Agenda :
  • Deliverables include :

    Share best practices and extract learnings across the region to drive digital excellence

    Critically reviews data & insights providers to raise the bar on provision of insights to region

    Collaborate with other Digital practitioners to drive innovative programs and ways of working

    Act as a digital insights leader and contribute knowledge, training programs and workshops to

    increase skills & knowledge of the organization


    University Degree, Marketing and / or Consumer Insights

    Minimum 8 years working experience in similar roles and responsibilities, with experience in social / digital insights

    English and Cantonese / Mandarin / Korean / Japanese would be advantageous

    Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the cosmetics industry or luxury retail experience

    Experience in working at regional level preferable
