  • Our Client is a reputable bank who is looking for suitable candidate to fill the abovementioned position.
  • Job Description

  • Handle tenancy matters and administration
  • Negotiate lease terms with agents, lawyers and tenants
  • Responsible for the procurement / ensure the repair and maintenance of office equipment, facilities and premises
  • Follow-up office renovation and relocation project
  • Provide support in office systems maintenance & security control
  • Assist in drafting and amending related administrative policies / regulations
  • Requirements

  • •Diploma or above
  • Minimum 5 years experience in office administration, preferably in bank
  • Exposure in property management, lease administration and facilities management, preferably with banks and financial institutions
  • Good PC skill
  • Detailed-minded, organized and hardworking
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work overtime and at irregular hours if necessary
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
