Initiative taking, good problem solving skills and with creative thinking to support, coordinate delivery of HR programmes, policies and initiatives.
Work with People Team and Managers to help continuously identify new initiatives and ways of improving work life at WF.
Support the development and roll out of employee engagement initiatives .
Provide advice and expertise to employees in the region regarding HR policies, processes and practices and programmes.
Coach junior managers to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, are managed in line with WF’s values.
Independently handle compensation and benefits administration including but not limited to payroll, benefit administration, provident fund administration, leave management, taxation.
Manage and ensure data in HR system are accurate and update staff movement reports timely
Provide HR support on onboarding, off boarding, staff movements, processing invoices, visa kick off etc
Support various HR projects and engagement initiatives as required.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or related discipline.
At least 3 years relevant HR experience in fast-pace, multinational environment.
Highly motivated, able to work independently and with initiative not satisfied with maintaining the status quo. Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to follow through on issues, have the ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadline efficiently.
Strong interpersonal, communication skills, exhibiting a professional approach in both written and spoken English & Cantonese.
Fluent Mandarin is required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
