Diploma or degree holder in business, corporate administration or related disciplines and HKICS / ICSA student member

3 years’ relevant experience in listed companies or sizable professional firm

Knowledge of the Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliances and regulations

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Hardworking, meticulous, strong communication skills and able to meet deadline under pressure

Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities :

Assisting in full spectrum of company secretarial duties to the Group

Assisting in preparation of annual / interim reports, announcement, circulars, board paper, board minutes and resolutions, and organize board and shareholders’ meetings

Maintaining and updating statutory records

Meeting coordination and calender management

Handling secretarial and administrative duties and ad hoc projects
