About the role
In Partnership with the Regional Retail Advocacy Excellence Training Manager, you will be responsible for retail and service excellence in the field.
Your focus will be in coaching and developing Bacardi promoters and Bacardi Promoters supervisors to achieve retail and service excellence in-
store through people, process and driving performance.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
Deliver in & off-store motivational training to drive sales and coach on the spot and after consumer interaction to improve promoters sales capabilities
As an influencer with strong interpersonal skills, you will be responsible for overseeing and engaging new starters in field as well as partnering with the Regional Sales Managers in identifying local training needs.
Support the shop window to achieve consistently 90% on the Mystery shopping on the monthly basis.
Assess needs and requirement of the promoters from an Advocacy point of you to improve theirperformance
Responsible to train, coach and mentor all new starter via Bacardi GTR Advocacy Induction
Responsible for the successful planning and execution of the Retail Advocacy Excellence Training Calendar
Measures of success
Implement World Class Advocacy Program (on par with P&C standard)
Develop strong relationship with retailers, sales managers & brand ambassadors
Develop performance trackers for promoters
Critical experiences for success
Previous product / sales / retail experience
Demonstrate business acumen and previous experience in driving key retail KPIs and store performance
Coaching and Training experience
Must speak English and other language required of the local market (mandarin or thai)
Understanding of key Retail KPIS and drivers of Store Performance
In-store Coaching and training Experience
Strong briefing and presentation skills
Experience in People Management
Affinity and experience within luxury retail
