Work closely with external suppliers / partners and internal peers in order to define the project scope, requirements and end deliverables 2.
Monitor the progress of the project and ensure to complete the project on schedule & as required. 3. Maintain awareness of industry trends and identify / implement the manufacturing processes to improve productivity and performance.
4. Regularly review planned resources vs actual resources consumed. Control and make adjustment on projection. 5. Work with the team members to make improvement, solve problems and tasks corrective actions when issues / problems arise.
6. Maintain communication links upward and downward. Draft project progress reports and give presentations / briefings on project status when needed.
7. Align testing requirement with US and ensure engineering sample build is in compliance with motor / shaft specification 8.
Ad hoc duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Education : - Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Motor industry engineering related -
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred. Experience : - 3-8+years'solid experience in mechanic engineer, within that 3 years in motor industry.
Project management knowledge. PMP certificate will be preferred. - Functional understanding of applying DC and AC motors with gearboxes, shaft and transformer -
Good communication, business straight forward, influencing and problem-solving skills. - be "maze" smart and initiative -
