We are looking for high-calibre individuals to assist in the launching and operation of a life annuity scheme (the Scheme).
The Scheme will be operated by HKMC Annuity Limited (HKMCA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited and the individuals will be appointed directly by the HKMCA.
To provide life insurance application service to customers;
To follow up with pending applications and perform other administrative duties as required in the application process;
To work closely with the Centre Manager as well as the back office operations team to identify any improvement areas in the application process;
To perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time; and
The employment will be on a 1-year contract basis, commencing in September 2018, subject to renewal.
Tertiary educated with a minimum of 1 year’s sales or customer service experience in life insurance industry;
Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1 & 3 is a must;
Customer oriented, responsible and self-motivated;
Able to work under pressure; and
Good command of Putonghua, English, and Cantonese.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Account Officer.
A contract-end gratuity (15% of the annual salary) will be paid upon completion of your contract and subject to satisfactory performance of your duties.
