Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; plus at least 5 years’ clerical experience.
and proficiency in PC and various software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
They should be hard-working, self-motivated and meticulous. In addition to general clerical duties, the appointee will be responsible for daily maintenance and administration of various computer programmes on undergraduate teaching and human resources.
