Position Description

Global Transaction Services (GTS) provides liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to three million small businesses, thousands of middle market companies, and to multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development of the global strategy and tactics for the vendor DDA platform.
  • Collaborate with business partners in GTS including Regional and Global Product Management, Technology, Operations and the Vendor to develop holistic core DDA requirements and country-
  • specific requirements and use cases for initial rollout and ongoing enhancements

  • Review high-level and low-level design documents and ensure tracability to business requirements to validate that all business requirements are met in the most effective and efficient methods.
  • Liaison with Technology & operations on testing including approach, test case approval, defect decisioning and prioritization, and client impact analysis
  • Coordinate with Technology and Regional Product / Operations to develop appropriate migration / conversion plans including approach, risk mitigation, testing & rehersal planning and client communications
  • Coordinate with Regional Product and Operations to develop appropriate internal and external client communications regarding product changes and enhancements
  • Coordinate with Technology, Vendor and Regional Partners to develop DDA platform metrics.
  • Coordinate between the vendor and Regional Partners to ensure that vendor product enhancements are being communicated internally and considered for implementation where appropriate.
  • Ensure the bank’s DDA enhancement requests are being communicated to the vendor and escalated internally for representation within the vendor’s client advisory board.

    Requirements :

  • 7+ years DDA or liquidity product management or development experience
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently with remote management
  • Ability to influence across multiple organizations including Product, Technology, Operations and Compliance
  • Ability to present to business partners and executives, demonstrating good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Ability to travel occasionally, including international travel
  • Flexibility associated with a global role is required including occasional early morning or evening meetings
  • Desired Skills :

  • Agile product development experience
  • Experience working on large scale transformation projects spanning multiple geographies
  • Experience working with vendor DDA solutions
  • Knowledge of liquidity management will be an added advantage
  • Experience with technology development and testing processes, especially UAT
