The incumbent will report to the Assistant Park Entertainment Manager. S / he will be required to focus on show development of new theatre show, new atmospheric street entertainment for seasonal and daily event.
S / he needs to conduct show inspection and give notes to the performers for improvement. S / he will also be required to coordinate with other departments and suppliers for theatre maintenance, show props, costumes and scenic to ensure the show quality.
In addition, s / he may be required to perform other duties as assigned by Park Entertainment Talent Manager.
Diploma or above in Theatre or Stage Management or Hospitality or Event Management
With experience in the production of entertainment programs in performing arts, event management or related field
With knowledge in computer operations
Good leadership and talent management skill
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua speaking is an advantage
Strong creativity of show concept building, event and live show production
With experience and knowledge in tendering procedures is an advantage
With strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work on shifts and during weekends and public holidays
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Show Supervisor
