Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
At least 5 years’ of solid experience in MNC for Generalist or C&B (e.g. Payroll, attendence...) duties
Solid and extensive exposure in handling HR & C&B Project (SOP), policy for Hong Kong and overseas location.
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Independent, self-motivated and well-organized and with excellent communication& interpersonal skills.
Develop and execute HR & Administration Policy for the Group.
Develop and monitor HR & Administration performance metrics.
Follow SOP Project for HK and oversea office
Overseas travelling (30-40%) may be required.
