  • This position is in the Decision Management function of BNPP Wealth Management Asia. This is a new unit, set up to centralise MIS / performance dashboards delivery and campaign leads / events for the Bank.

    The candidate will lead a dedicated team of specialists to plan, deploy and support MIS reporting and KPI dashboards, and operationalise data analytics insights across all levels of the Bank.

    He / she will oversee activities of the team to ensure they deliver business value and work of high quality. Additionally, he / she will be involved in key analytics projects, partnering with Business Analytics and Data Governance units, to operationalise analytics insights and ensure effective MIS / performance measurements.

    1. Leadership Role

  • Lead and oversee the operational analytics and business intelligence team
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team
  • Coach and mentor key team members to raise critical skills, competency levels and prepare them for professional growth
  • Facilitate individual and team collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • 2. Business Intelligence Role

  • Engage stakeholders to understand key drivers and results measurements of client and relationship manager performance
  • Define and drive metric execution strategies to support data-driven decision making and operational effectiveness
  • Manage and deliver end-to-end data management, integrity assurance, dashboards and purpose-built reporting
  • Manage data and data processes to ensure information disseminated is of high quality and meets integrity controls and standards
  • Oversee and accountable for day-to-day operations
  • 3. Operational Analytics Role

  • Engage analytics and business stakeholders to implement client and product campaigns
  • Utilise data analytics insights to create engaging, targeted and measureable campaigns
  • Manage activities to generate, disseminate and track leads
  • Analyse data to improve targeting, leads dissemination, conversion and campaign effectiveness
  • Oversee and accountable for day-to-day operations
  • Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of direct experience in business intelligence, MIS, operational analytics roles with a focus on performance measurement in a banking environment
  • Proven track record of delivering timely, high quality senior level reporting. Attention to detail is critical with a focus on clear, relevant and effective visualisation
  • Competent in use of data technologies for performance management, with hands-on experience in business intelligence tools and delivery platforms including Tableau, R, Business Objects, SQL / Oracle / Teradata / Hadoop etc
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, BS in Information Systems, Data Science or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint collaboration tools.
