  • Support Brand Managers in launching campaign
  • Coordinate launch strategy in collaboration with internal departments and external agencies
  • Understand and utilize different digital platforms and technologies to improve consumer journey
  • Liaise and engage with the sales force, provide effective support, e.g. promotional programs, tools, knowledge and skills to ensure smooth implementation of trade activations in line with brand strategy
  • Establish contacts with key press in co-ordination with PR agencies, social media and KOL to achieve press & media coverage
  • Define and monitor trackable KPIs of all marketing programs
  • Improve consumer engagement through Hennessy Facebook :
  • Work with digital agency to plan Facebook calendar with Maison assets and local developed content and communications day to day basis
  • Conduct briefing and monthly review with digital agency
  • Monitor Facebook performance and provide proactive feedback to Brand Manager and agency
  • Marketing Program : Based on the agreed marketing plan to prepare sales kits and account proposals. Participate in joint sales calls.
  • Provide solutions to business challenges

  • Event Management : Assist Brand Manager in Modern On Trade event planning and onsite management, with new drinking trend and digital initiatives to stir the SOV of Hennessy VSOP in night life
  • Budget Management : Assist Brand Manager budget planning and managing marketing expenditures
  • POSM Management : POSM development and vendor coordination. Liaise with Maison and APAC on the order and delivery management
  • Work with external agencies as necessary for various program implementation
  • Education

    College / University graduate major in Business or equivalent


    Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

    Professional experience & know how

    At least 5 years sales / marketing experience in related fields

    Technical & management skills

  • Prior experience in one of the following sectors : branding / Luxury goods / Wines & Spirits / Hospitality / Entertainment / FMCG
  • Solid brand management and marketing management experience from consumer goods / luxury goods environment including above-
  • the line, below-the-line, new product launch experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good commercial sense
  • Strong numerical and statistical skills
  • Good PC skill
  • Personal & interpersonal skills
