Perform full range of legal, compliance, and administrative support to the Legal Department
Administering AECOM’s state of the art ethics and compliance systems
Assisting to procure insurance certificates and renewal of insurance certificates in relation to various AECOM Sites
Assisting in corporate secretarial duties
Drafting, preparing and processing legal documents, forms, and reports
Holder of a degree in any discipline. Some tertiary legal training would be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience either as a paralegal, legal secretary or legal executive in a law firm or in an in-house legal team.
Relevant experience in a similar position in sizable organization, preferably from multi-national companies or basic understanding of the operation and legal framework of commercial companies preferred.
Relevant experience working in the construction and engineering industry would also be an advantage
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese AND Putonghua)
Robust knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel
Mature and pleasant, excellent attention to detail skills
Embrace a fast-paced working environment and able to cope with changes and react immediately to instructions and ability to multi-task
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a part of a team
Well-organized, able to work independently with limited supervision and meet tight deadlines
