Position Summary :

This role, within the Consumer Marketing team, would be assisting the Consumer Engagement Manager to :

Develop consumer-centric activation programs for Skincare Blue Line

Develop digital & social media strategy, guidelines and contents to support hero franchises

Ensure the execution with excellence by the local markets

Identify, develop a network of highly effective agencies

Key measurements of success for the role would be

  • Quality of the campaign / project management with high quality assets production, strict time management & high level of contents adoption by local affiliates
  • Consumer Marketing Campaigns

    Manage selected skincare (Blue Line) campaign projects from consumer marketing kick-off to assets delivery under the supervision of the line manager

    Identify the right creative agency, brief effectively to drive engaging & cost effective activation programs. Manage agency along the way.

    Provide feedback on creative with consumer centric mindset

    Create and consolidate campaign launch books

    Communicate and manage campaign assets source files to local markets

    Work closely with local markets on the local campaign plan and ensure maximization of regional & global assets

    Work closely with Global Team on asset requests & delivery

    Review campaigns performance and provide key learning / insights

    Create Hero Pillars always on communications plan, strategy and relevant contents

    Manage regional assets usage database

    Social Media

    Assist Line Manager in formulating APAC social media strategy

    Ensure local markets follow the essence of the Global social media playbook while allowing local relevancy

    Provide regular insights on trends / new social media format to the regional team, global team and local affiliates to maximize the potential of our social media platforms

    Be the key POC of Global social media management platform Sprinklr and manage regional assets in the region

    Work closely with local markets on new social media platforms launch if needed

    Monitor local markets & competitors’ performance with Social Baker Analytic Tool and provide timely feedback

    Partner with Corporate Marketing team to get relevant insights


  • Assist in managing Consumer Marketing Team expenses (e.g. shopping carts creation)
  • Qualifications

    University Degree, preferred in Business, Marketing or Communication

    At least 5 / 6 years’ experience in digital marketing or digital communication

    Excellent understanding of social media, Global and Asian platforms

    Experience in cosmetics industry with proven record of successful campaigns

    Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); any Asian language (verbal and written) is a plus

    Very agile, capable to work under pressure

    High attention to details

    Experience in working with agencies to ensure quality & effective briefing

    Travel : Yes, 25 % of the Time
