MPF Administration Officer

  • Handle all document receipt / distribution, as well as recording and imaging.
  • Handle contribution cheque upon receipt.
  • Handle walk-in customers’ enquiries in a professional manner and make referral to appropriate teams to follow up with customers if necessary.
  • General office administration jobs, like stationery ordering, office appliances check-up and repair arrangement.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects whenever necessary.
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ working experience in office administration, preferable in MPF industry. Candidate with less experience will be considered as MPF Administration Assistant;
  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details;
  • Good at PC applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Strong communication and customer service skills;
  • Good command of spoken English and written English / Chinese.
