People & Culture Manager Description As Head of People and Culture, you will report directly to the CEO, allowing the company to develop and grow quickly, exemplifying core values of integrity and persistence.

  • You will lead the design, implementation, communication and delivery of the company’s HR program and initiatives; handle core HR processes of recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, employee exits, succession planning, etc;
  • ongoing programming internally to encourage professional and community involvement and be responsible for KPI management and accountability.

    In this role, you shall get to know each staff member intimately to understand how they can get the most out of their experience at the company.
