The position holder will be responsible for providing marketing support to Country Brand Lead for the operational execution, implementation of the portfolio communication strategy and follow up, support of internal communications among the team and coordination and alignment with enabling functions for Pfizer’s Vaccine portfolio, including Prevenar 13, Nimenrix and Trumenba in Hong Kong / Macau.
Adapt best fit brand strategies from global / regional direction to meet local market needs.
Define & execute local priorities / marketing plans
Provide local insights and brand feedback to Regional and Global teams
Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)
Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target
Allocate and execute in country brand budget
Cross-functional brand leadership across Field Force, Finance, Medical, Compliance, Regulatory, etc.
Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization
Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes
Work closely with Country Brand Lead to formulate sound strategies on Vaccine Portfolio
Originate DTC campaign so as to build brand equity and loyalty among HCPs and patients on Pfizer’s Vaccine Portfolio
Bachelor Degree holder
1-2 years of pharmaceutical or relevant experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
