Job Purpose :

  • To manage the account maintenance process (including electronic banking) and provide administrative support to CCB sales teams.
  • Job Background / Context :

  • The incumbent will work closely with CCB relationship managers and the sales division’s service associates and provide support to them on account maintenance activities and other administrative tasks
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and coordinate various account maintenance activities, including account closure, additional accounts application and customer information update
  • Manage and conduct request to obtain various internal and external reports, including TU, CCRA, business registration, company search and property valuation report
  • Handle basic internal enquiry, including system access, progress of account maintenance requests and customer account information
  • Manage and handle administrative work within CCB, including logistics, resources management, year-end items and travel arrangements
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects pertaining to business needs
  • Knowledge / Experience :

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry
  • Prior working experience in a commercial banking support environment or operation is a plus
  • Skills :

  • The ability to provide administrative support in an organized and efficient manner
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines
