We are now looking for a high caliber professional to join us. The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction at all times.
He / she will closely support the front-line operations for day-to-day customer enquires and proactively follow up with cross departments to ensure all the enquiries are effectively resolved.
He / she will also need to analyze customer feedback and provide value-added recommendation to excel overall service level.
