Customer Service Ambassador (1 Year Contract)

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Provide guided visits for potential buyers inside property
  • Support on site logistic control
  • Handle telephone enquiries in sales offices
  • Assist in reports regarding number of visitors, materials stock take and others upon request
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality / Property / Tourism Management or related discipline
  • 1-2 year’s customer servicers experience is preferred
  • Cheerful, excellent communication skills, service and customer-oriented
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge
  • 5 days work per week, shift duty is required (but no overnight shift)
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
