Applications are invited for appointment as, to commence on September 1, 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry with a strong background and experience in molecular synthesis. They should have proficiency in written and spoken English, a strong sense of responsibility, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
The appointee is expected to synthesize, handle, and purify air- / moisture- sensitive compounds and characterize organic ligands and transition metal complexes using NMR, IR, ESI-MS, Raman, and EPR.
