Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities
Develop the content outline based on the curatorial direction set by the project curator for a project promoting the creative industry of Hong Kong.
Assist the project curator to coordinate with designers and design associations to plan and implement two major exhibitions, one overseas and one in Hong Kong, and organize design talks for the project.
Lead the project manager to coordinate with both overseas and local collaborating bodies to ensure a quality and timely delivery of the exhibition content.
Ensure that the final execution quality and standard of the exhibits can meet the project requirements.
Prepare the project management master plan and ensure its smooth and timely execution.
Develop strategic PR & marketing plan for the project to draw attention and visitors according to the project objectives.
Monitor the execution of required PR & marketing initiatives, visual communications, exhibition production and logistics.
Irregular working hours required.
Experiences & Qualities
8 years of working experience, with minimum 5 years’ experience at senior management level, in organizing design or art related exhibitions or events.
Past working experience in the design, art or cultural field would be an advantage.
Possess excellent communication skill. Able to establish good relationship with different stakeholders. Be open-minded, flexible and sensible in dealing with different people with diversified backgrounds and cultures.
Passionate in design, arts & culture.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
