We are looking for high-calibre individuals to join the Finance Division for serving the HKMC, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings (the HKMC Group).
To provide secretarial and administrative support to Finance Division;
To coordinate business meeting, prepare correspondence, arrange business travel, training and all inter-departments logistics; and
To maintain systematic filing system and authorised signatories record.
A minimum of 8 years’ administrative experience in major organisations, preferably gained in financial or banking industry;
Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Good work coordination, interpersonal and communication skills; and
Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing).
