    This position sits within our Destination Management unit.

    at a glance

    As an Operations and Product Supervisor, you will be in charge of ensuring the smooth running of operations and to assure the quality of the day to day operations in order to achieve the client's quality and service standards.

  • Handling and arranging Turnaround operations agreed with our cruise clients, throughout all different stages involved in the process and controlling operations in-situ at Pier.
  • Shore excursion itinerary planning and proposal preparation
  • Supervise hotel and transfer booking and ensure service standard
  • Supervise and control a large team while on operation as well as recruiting, interviewing and training the part time staff
  • Keeping constant contact with clients, in order to review, update and arrange all final details, according to programs agreed for any given call date
  • Closing all invoicing and data loading procedures, at operational department
  • skills & experiences required

  • Experience in working with large scale tour groups organization or, preferably, cruise operations
  • Highly organized and methodical person, with the ability to perform both independently and in teamwork
  • Shifts flexibility (able to work long hours and weekends) and excellent disposition to deal with last minutes changes
  • Good Communication skills, not afraid from interaction with people and with the ability to maintain high level of Customer Service, quite often in very demanding situations
  • Experience in leading large teams
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
