  • Our client is a sizable banking organisation in HK. They are looking for high caliber Compensation & Benefits professionals to join their Reward Team in Human Resources :
  • Job Description

  • Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of rewards policies & programs for the Bank
  • Draft program papers pertaining to Compensation & Benefits proposals for senior management approval
  • Contribute in year-end exercises, and conduct compensation analytics for management review
  • Drive bank-wide survey programs in Compensation & Benefits
  • Contribute in rewards projects from time to time
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Rewards / Compensation & Benefits in the financial industry. Exposure in bank environment would be a definite advantage
  • Good communication and writing skills
