We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Business Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

Manage a team of 5 to10 senior business analysts and work in a global business and technology transformation programme.

Manage a team of 5 to10 senior business analysts to deliver good quality business requirement specifications

Have an understanding and experience of the global trade and receivable finance business and technology, especially relating to functional gaps, testing, and business process engineering

Work closely with GTRF Business, product specialist, operations, vendors and engineering teams to elicit requirements, translating and simplifying requirements into a detailed business requirement specification.

Work with testing team to help create test scripts and stories for the business requirements.


  • Experience in managing a 5 to 10 senior business analysts.
  • Experience as business analyst with extensive trade finance knowledge.
  • Expert level experience in a business and technical analysis role.
  • Good understanding of technology and it application.
  • Experience and detailed technical understanding of several technologies.
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholder in both business and technology.
  • Working experience on agile projects and understand the application of agile.
  • Working understand how DevOps works and how to utilize to in the agile process.
  • Extensive Trade Finance domain knowledge both in products and operations, experience in business process engineering.
  • Development solutions using various technologies and can explain how they achieved this and the technologies used.
  • Understand and ability to apply Project Management discipline and portfolio management.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
