You are responsible to deliver HR services to achieve the business’s strategic and operational objectives, support all core HR functions and activities in compliance with external regulations and internal processes within Hong Kong, Macau and South China.

You are also required to work with Shared Service Centre (SSC) for operational Human Resource administration support.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Assist in implementation of all compensation & benefits policies, processes and initiatives in Hong Kong, Macau and South China in compliance with employment practices, policies and legislation
  • Assist in job matching and remuneration surveys and analysis to support market benchmarking exercises
  • Support annual salary increment and bonus, staff movements, workflow review, and other related compensation and benefits matters
  • Perform benefits related matters, salary proposal and off-boarding and relocation tasks
  • Work with payroll team and support implementation and enhancement of HR systems
  • Your skills and experience

  • University graduate preferred in Human Resources or business related disciplines
  • 2 years’ human resources experience in sizable, matrix and multi-cultural environment
  • Sound knowledge in HR disciplines and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation, with knowledge of PRC Labour Ordinance is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, detail-minded and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Strong PC skills, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Occasional business trip is required

    Minimum Qualifications
