Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist Greater China

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a marketing resource for internal teams and provide assistance in updating or developing print and digital marketing pieces
  • Assist with writing and editing a variety of marketing and communications public-facing materials including articles, newsletter, etc.
  • Act as the point person for marketing events, and coordinate on sponsorship, advertisement and speaker engagement
  • Monitor media reports and coordinate media interviews
  • Work with AECOM website outsourcer on updating Hong Kong webpage
  • Provide support to internal communication programs and ad-hoc announcements
  • Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in PR, advertising, communication, or events management
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Creative, well-organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to achieve objectives through teamwork
  • Proven track record meeting job performance metrics
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft OS, Salesforce, social media, and social marketing platforms
  • Experience on media relations will be a plus
  • General office environment; may require visits to project and event sites
  • Provide writing sample at time of first interview
