Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a marketing resource for internal teams and provide assistance in updating or developing print and digital marketing pieces
Assist with writing and editing a variety of marketing and communications public-facing materials including articles, newsletter, etc.
Act as the point person for marketing events, and coordinate on sponsorship, advertisement and speaker engagement
Monitor media reports and coordinate media interviews
Work with AECOM website outsourcer on updating Hong Kong webpage
Provide support to internal communication programs and ad-hoc announcements
Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in PR, advertising, communication, or events management
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & Chinese
Creative, well-organized and self-motivated
Ability to achieve objectives through teamwork
Proven track record meeting job performance metrics
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft OS, Salesforce, social media, and social marketing platforms
Experience on media relations will be a plus
General office environment; may require visits to project and event sites
Provide writing sample at time of first interview
