Head of Inforce Management


  • Formulate Inforce management strategies for AXA HongKong covering financial, commercial, operational areas
  • Agree strategic targets with Group Insurance Office and LocalManagement Committee
  • Regularly communicate to all stakeholders on progress,issues and status
  • Identify inforce initiatives and develop business casesfor business opportunities optimization
  • Establish and lead task force to implement theinitiatives to achieve the desired results on time, within allocated resourcesand according to agreed quality requirements
  • Facilitate regular and ad hoc meetings to monitor status,identify and resolve issues and conflicts,
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs to measure inforce bookperformance
  • Collaborate with BusinessUnits to

  • Develop business case for new Inforce Managementinitiatives
  • Define and document the desired results anddeliverables, scope, resource requirements and implementation plans for InforceManagement initiatives
  • Perform post implementation assessment to identifysuccesses and highlight lessons for future developments
  • Qualifications

  • University graduate
  • Over 10-year experience in managing and consulting inlarge scale projects, in particular strategic optimizing projects
  • Extensive and deep experience in insurance industry withstrong acumen on business value chain and products, technical and / or operationsside
  • Strong leadership in managing a portfolio of initiativesin a complex environment
  • Very strong analytical reasoning and data orientation
  • Very strong communication and influencing skills
  • Able to work in a very transversal manner with variousstakeholders either across a business or globally, bringing all area together,facilitating change
  • Ability to work in a highly flexible and entrepreneurialenvironment
