Escalate bottom up demand for the portfolio from Regions Priority Markets to the Heads of Transformation and Heads of GPMO, and Senior Portfolio Services Manager
Actively facilitate the ongoing portfolio prioritisation process and support cross portfolio prioritization where necessary supporting the Head of Transformation
Escalate bottom up demand for the portfolio from Regions Priority Markets to the Heads of Transformation or Heads of GPMO, and Senior Portfolio Services Manager
Actively facilitate the ongoing portfolio prioritisation process
Respond to adhoc requests from the Heads of Transformation and Heads of Management to support critical decision making
Facilitate portfolio supply and demand management process by forecasting and managing demand
Sound knowledge of Project Portfolio Management concepts
Good understanding of Global Transformation frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques
A thorough understanding of the purpose, culture and fundamental of the Global Transformation
Good understanding of HSBC Group structures, processes and objectives
Excellent understanding and operational of Global Transformation toolset
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
Proven ability to facilitate effective portfolio management, with a strong understanding of risk and issue management, financial management, programme and portfolio planning
Strong Understanding, analysing, interpreting and working with information and variance reporting
