Senior Specialist / Specialist, Website & SEO

Dynamics of the Role

This role will be responsible for driving the Website Optimisation and SEO strategy and management for TransUnion. He / She will create a culture of focusing on website usability, analytics and insights to drive conversions and derive acquisition strategies.

This position will play a critical role of maximizing conversions within B2C channels with supporting data and conversion funnels, as well as ensuring seamless paths to effective conversion journey in different campaigns.

As a member of a cross-functional marketing team, you must be comfortable in a matrix organization, highly analytical and resourceful and be able to collaborate, analyze, present and influence different teams to deliver performance and results, execute and follow up.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Effectively optimise the customer journey across our portfolio of Digital Solutions (responsive sites, mobile apps and legacy platforms) in order to grow revenue, increase conversion.
  • Work closely with Optimisation Team on developing A / B & MVT programmes to optimise website functionality and improve conversion rates
  • Provide insight of customer behaviour online across devices, identify areas of opportunities to optimise journeys and touch points
  • Support implementation of web analytics tagging across the responsive website and mobile app
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly web and app performance KPI reports
  • Work closely with marketing, optimization team and product teams to ensure correct and data driven strategic focus on the digital optimisation roadmap
  • Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Collaborate with internal parties including Product, Tech, Content, Business Development
  • Integrate SEO techniques into content creation process
  • Develop, compile, measure, and interpret key metrics, including lead acquisition and conversion rates, tied to specific organic performance marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrate ongoing search synergy with paid channels to drive efficiencies at scale
  • Manage schedule of content on website and deployment to optimize user response
  • Working with the business to educate senior managers on the benefits of optimization and to develop and prioritize optimization strategies for our channels based on objectives to maximize revenue generation and business growth
  • Gathering, communication and documentation of project requirements is necessary within a matrix organization
  • Domain owner of the website
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Degree holder in eCommerce, Marketing, Communications and / or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience creating and optimizing website, conversion campaigns and SEO
  • Strong GTM and Google Analytics knowledge
  • Hands on skills with SEO tools such as DragonMetrics, Google Search Console, SEO moz
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with data
  • Significant experience with analytics, testing, and optimization
  • Ability to balance an intense attention to detail with swift execution
  • Strong knowledge of HTML / CSS would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in UX / UI will be a plus
  • Concept knowledge with AB Testing and Multivariate Testing (MVT) solutions; experience with personalization projects or programs an advantage
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Proven program / project management experience and understanding of business needs
  • An understanding of front-end technologies, structured and linked data
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages and deliverables to stakeholders of all levels, both internally and externally, to explain complex or technical issues
  • Innovative the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals
  • Highly motivated team player who is also accountable and can work independently
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Achieved targets and met expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
  • Productive contribution to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals
  • Experience of planning and prioritizing their own time effectively, aware of their responsibilities and committed to delivering these efficiently
