Position Summary : The Marketing Executive functions to centralize and coordinate activities of the two Asia business units.
The incumbent gets exposure of not only the Marketing function but also to commercial and supply chain functions . Essential Job Functions : Administration
Assist with Central Team data requests and consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely data input
Collate & circulate A&P / A&D promotional calendars, competitor activity reports, etc.
Coordinate Slow Moving SKUs management
Co-ordinate with agencies & Suppliers (if any)
Assist on central project implementation or ad hoc projects Management of new products and limited editions
Collate requirements and LOI for LE / NPD / VAP packs
Manage Trade Samples / Mock-ups and Tasting Stocks for New Products
Co-ordination with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams for LE / NPDs execution and logistics
Track customer orders on LE / NPD / VAPs according to allocations and provide update to Business Unit.
Create central pool of assets / toolkits GWP Management
GWP Forecasting for Travel retail Asia
Coordinate and support procurement logistics for all tactical / promotional activities
Manage GWP / POSM Inventories Co-ordination with Operator locations & Ensuring availability across country, auditing warehouse stocks and stock clearance of slow moving items
Prepare GWP effectiveness survey / report to ensure productivity & better returns on investments
Constantly look for new ideas for GWPs / Gifting basis market trends or creative inputs
Qualifications / Requirements : Education : BA degree in Business, Marketing Experience :
2+ years of experience in Marketing in International FMCG / Travel Retail
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
A good team player
Technical skills : Excel knowledge and PowerPoint. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word. Languages : English in a business environment.
Speaking of the local languages would be an asset
