Provide administrative support to the School on the management of undergraduate programmes;
Plan and support student recruitment, admission and marketing;
Develop initiatives on internationalization (e.g. student exchange programmes, study tour);
Assist in career development and internship programmes;
Plan and organize student programmes, events and co-curricular activities;
Provide support for the School’s committees / meetings, and assist in compiling School’s papers and reports; and
Perform any other duties as assigned.
A good honours degree with at least 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in higher education sector. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and under pressure; and managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines are required.
Candidates with more than 7 years’ experience may be considered for appointment as
Executive Officer I.
