Define the strategic brand positioning in the market and crystallize key target audiences.
Create ownership by defining the vision, mission, goals, and strategies of the brand.
Lead creative development and create a motivating stimulus to inspire consumers.
Generate engagement through strategic and innovative communication campaigns.
Analyze competitors’ activities, market and consumers trends to identify opportunities.
Work alongside marketing and design team to ensure consistency with the brand strategy.
Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies with the teams.
Align the teams around the brand’s direction, choices, and strategies.
Develop the Atom Brand Book and comprehensive Corporate Identity Guideline.
Develop internal and external communication assets.
Develop the strategic and creative campaign to communicate externally.
5+ years of relevant experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience within a design studio
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative with strong analytical skills, excellent decision making skills and interpersonal skills
Team and project management experience preferably in a multicultural environment
A positive, hands-on attitude, with demonstrated ability in delivering results within tight deadlines
Energetic, Trendy & design-centric
Ability to work with and project manage external agencies
