Job Purpose :
You will support in acquiring new business sales and retention activities in order to ensure exceptional customer experience for our customers and potential customers.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities :
Answer inbound enquiries on Bupa products
Liaise with customers for policy renewal
Involve in different marketing campaigns to promote Bupa’s products and services
Provide customer-centric services for clients on company growth
Handle sales enquiries and provide quality service to meet clients’ needs and expectations
Develop and maintain good relationships with prospects and clients
Input prospect profile and sales activities information in the sales report
Collect market information and keep abreast of the insurance industry’s development
To be successful in the position, you should ideally have :
Tertiary education or equivalent in any discipline
General Insurance with IIQE (Paper I & II) qualification preferred
with 1 year or more related experience (insurance field would be an advantage)
Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Responsible, well organized and attention to details, able to adapt to changes and work under pressure
Self-motivated, driven individuals with an interest in the healthcare sector
Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
Highly customer focussed
